Located 32 miles from the City of London, a new Greenfield development in partnership with Harvington. The Data Centre will comprise a purpose built showcase facility on a self-contained 14 acre site. The site has detailed planning permission to construct a 208,000ft² (90,000ft² net technical area) data centre. It also benefits from a formal offer of a 25 MVA 33KV electricity supply and has excellent fibre connectivity.
